Week 6: We didn't make meatballs

It's week 6 and we're in Sweden!  You might be expecting us to have Swedish meatballs this week, but you would be wrong.  We thought we would do something slightly more interesting.  So this week, Richard made kroppkakor  which are traditional Swedish boiled potato dumplings, typically filled with onions and pork or bacon. These were served with boysenberry jam ( lingonberry-jam is traditional, but we couldn't find any), sautéed hen of the woods mushrooms, and a cucumber dill salad with a yogurt dressing. Utsökt! The plan is to continue snaking our way south-east.  Maybe we'll visit Hungary next on our way to Greece?  Find out next week where we end up!
